Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Secure Your Jewelry

  Place your jewelry back in its original luxury packaging and ensure it is safely tucked inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
